These uniquely designed brackets by Helix allow a simple changeover from conventional factory style gas shock to air bag type shock with no modification or fabrication. Upper cup bracket is precision welded with heavy grade 6 mm steel and has threaded center stud which secures bracket in place. Lower mounting plate is fabricated from heavy duty 3 mm steel and has an adjustable slotted design which will fit either tubular or stamped lower control arm. When mounting hardware is secured, simply install air bag in place of conventional shock.
