The Banks designed intercooler has a 19 percent thicker core with 21 percent greater volume to improve cooling. It also has large high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks and wide-open inlet / outlets for a 69 percent greater flow area. Lastly to complete the kit, our Banks High-Ram Intake Elbow is also included. The Banks Techni-Cooler dramatically increases the engines cooling capacity and power potential by balancing a richer fuel mixture with cooler, denser, improved airflow.
