These rear brake dust shields are a supporting part for the REKUDO Suspension & JL8 Brake System - for 1968-1981 Chevrolet Camaro & Pontiac Firebird. Dust shields are sold on pairs.\nThese rear dust shields must be used w/the following parts:\nRear Caliper Mounting Brackets/Adapters: RK400-09 (pair)\nRear Rotors: RK400-07 (pair)\nREKUDO Rear Brake Calipers RK400-11, RK400-13, RK400-20, RK400-22, or Factory 1968-1982 Corvette C3 Style 4-Piston Rear Brake Calipers\nFits Vehicles w/Factory Rear Axle w/Staggered Rear Shocks\nThe 4-wheel disc brake upgrade (Corvette style 4-piston calipers for both front & rear) was offered on the 1968 Camaro as a "Heavy Duty Service" package sold through the parts counter at Chevrolet car dealers. In 1969, the 4-piston disc brakes could be ordered as a Regular Production Option (RPO) JL8 package on production vehicles. These high-end brakes were made available to support racing programs like the Sports Car Club of America® (SCCA), & Trans-Am® road racing series. This unique brake option is very rare & was only sold on about 200 production vehicles.
