Optimize your 01-04 LB7 GM diesel's airflow to improve throttle response with aFe's ATLAS 3" turbo down-pipe.Constructed from 3" mandrel bent steel tubing for maximum flow, the larger tube diameter and smooth transition bends allow increased airflow between your OE turbo and exhaust to reduce EGT's for quicker turbo spool times. The CNC machined heavy duty inlet flange with turbine gasket and V-band outlet flange ensure an OE-style, 360 degree sealing surface. Coated with a black finish, the ATLAS turbo down-pipe is wrapped with thermal header tape to reduce EGT's for improved performance and durability. Flow and Performance: The ATLAS turbo down-pipe is made from 3" mandrel bent steel tubing offering smoother transition bends for low turbulence to deliver quicker throttle response. Perfect Fit: The ATLAS turbo down-pipe is an upgrade to the OE down-pipe and utilizes the factory mounting locations for true bolt-on performance. Finish: This down pipe is coated with a black finish and wrapped in thermal header tape for better insulation. This reduces EGT's and under hood temperatures.
