Like all PowerStep variants, the Xtreme running boards are constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum with an advanced powder coat finish engineered to handle tough daily use year after year. Stainless steel hinge pins and hardware add long-term durability at every pivot point. Each board supports up to 300 lbs. per door—the same proven load capacity as the rest of the PowerStep family.

The dual-motor design is the defining upgrade—two motors per side deliver the extra torque needed to operate reliably in demanding environments where ice buildup, packed snow, or debris would slow or stop a single-motor board. Beyond the drivetrain, the Xtreme shares the full PowerStep feature set—a 6-in.-wide slip-resistant step surface, integrated LED lighting for confident footing in low-light conditions, and automatic deployment and retraction that keep lines clean and ground clearance maximized when the boards aren't in use.
