Metco MCA0013 Rear Control Arms 71-76 Chevrolet Impala

The Metco Motorsports high performance lower control arms for the 1971-1976 GM Full Size are CNC-machined from 6061-T6511 billet aluminum for unsurpassed strength and precision-fit.  The control arms are clear-anodized for long-lasting surface protection.

Our rear control arms are designed to be installed as a direct replacement for the factory control arms, but offer the benefits of the dramatically stronger billet design and Energy Suspension-brand polyurethane bushings.  Each bushing has a grease fitting for long term, noise-free service.  In most cases, no modifications to the vehicle are required for installation, although compatibility with the factory rear sway bar is unconfirmed. 

Note:  The center pins in the control arms are configured for use with the included 9/16" Grade 8 mounting hardware.  In rare instances, it is necessary to enlarge the mounting holes at the chassis and/or the rear axle for installation.  Installation instructions are included.
