Performance air filter, 1" flange ID, 2" height, pre-oiled and reusable. HPS Performance Air Filters are constructed from multi-layered woven cotton and dressed with synthetic oil. The filtering element is then encased in steel mesh to maintain its shape even under heavy suction. This filtration system allows for plenty of fresh air to maximize performance and traps dirt and debris from damaging your engine. All HPS Performance Air filters are designed with performance in mind and are made in USA. REMARK: Air filter comes pre-oiled and ready to use. Manufactured using low pressure injection molding to effectively minimize seepage of rubber onto the filtering element. Improves air flow by up to 25% compared to filters manufactured using high pressure molding. Stainless steel mesh reinforcement to resist heavy suction over less rigid aluminum mesh. Specially formulated lightweight synthetic oil that will not affect or damage sensors. Filtering element traps particles as small as 5 microns.
