This installation kit replaces the OEM radio and is designed for most shallow mount aftermarket radios and Pioneer's DMH-C2550NEX and DMH-C2500NEX modular receivers. Kit retains factory control panel and display of climate functions and vehicle customization menus on the 107-GM5B OLED screen. Kit replaces entire radio bezel and is contoured to match the OEM dash. This kit retains factory steering wheel controls with comes with an aftermarket radio interface to retain OEM functions like chimes, Onstar and other features normally lost when removing the OEM radio. This kit does not work with standard "DIN" or "double DIN" radios as the dash cavity is to narrow. The dash kit is designed to match the original look and feel of the vehicle’s dashboard. Installing an aftermarket radio can upgrade the sound quality and provide additional features the original factory radio couldn’t offer but requires this dash kit to make it fit.
