Billet Fuel Rail Kit

Like all Metco Motorsports fuel rails, these rails are precision-machined from billet, not extruded stock like most other aftermarket fuel rails.  These rails have the largest-available internal diameter at 11/16".  This large internal volume ensures that the maximum amount of fuel is available at the injector and pump pulsations and pressure variations are minimized.

As shipped, the complete kit includes USA-made black-anodized swivel fittings at the rear for the included braided steel crossover, and a matching port plug for the front of the passenger-side rail.  An optional feed-line adapter (shown), Metco Motorsports part number MFRS2000, can be added to make the connection to the OEM fuel feed line a simple process. 

The rail set includes one driver's side rail with (2) 1/8" NPT ports to facillitate the installation of a fuel pressure gauge, nitrous system, or both, and one passenger side rail machined with a smooth top.  Stainless pipe plugs are included for any unused ports in the driver's side rail. 

These fuel rails are available in the clear-anodized finish (shown), and may be special-ordered in a high-polished finish at additional cost.   The rails can be ordered without the lines and fittings if desired.  Please call or email for pricing.

Note 1:  Images 1 and 2 above show prototype rails.  As shown in images 3 and 4, production kits include (1) driver's side rail with (2) 1/8" NPT ports, and (1) passenger side rail with a smooth top.

Note 2:  These fuel rails are compatible with the Boss 302 intake manifold.
