HPS CBVK-90-062 HPS Billet Aluminum Coolant Bleed Valve Kit w/Drain Hose

HPS billet aluminum coolant bleed valve kit with drain hose. The HPS Performance Aluminum Coolant Bleed Valve Kit is designed and produced to provide peace of mind. This kit serves as a crucial upgrade over the 5/8" stock plastic coolant bleed valve, which is notoriously prone to crack and fail after repeated heat cycles. The standout benefit of the HPS system is how effortlessly it allows you to remove stubborn, trapped air bubbles during a standard coolant bleed. The setup includes a 6061 billet aluminum elbow, perfectly matched with a high-quality bleeder screw for secure and convenient servicing using a 1/4" wrench. The included high-temperature resistant 3mm ID silicone hose provides a route for coolant and air to escape cleanly away from sensitive belts and electronics and back into the coolant tank, while also providing a visual indication of any present air pockets. REMARK: The bleeder screw comes pre-torqued and ready to use, DO NOT tighten the screw any further. Upgraded replacement from your 5/8" plastic stock heater hose drain and drain hose to a billet aluminum bleed valve kit. Includes 5 feet of 3mm high-temperature resistant silicone bleed hose to route escaping coolant away from nearby engine bay components. Engineered to outlast the stock components that are notorious for splitting, cracking, and failing. Easy-to-install without requiring any additional modifications to your vehicle. Easy-to-use with a 1/4" wrench during coolant maintenance.
