Built from 304 stainless steel with internal baffling and corner pickup provisions, this tank helps control fuel slosh during hard acceleration, braking, cornering, and low fuel conditions. The reprofiled shape improves clearance for larger 3-inch exhaust routing, while the modular USCAR mounting ring supports carbureted and EFI fuel modules sold separately, including GM "SS" and "ZL1" style options. PERFORMANCE & DESIGN FOCUS Factory tanks were not designed for the grip, braking, and acceleration loads of a modern Mustang build.
