Metco Motorsports MFRL1000 03-04 Ford F150 HD Fuel Rail Set

The Metco Motorsports fuel rails for the Lightning & Harley Davidson F150 are precision machined from billet aluminum, not commonly available extruded rail stock like other fuel rail kits. Because our rails are CNC-machined from solid billet, we were able to design them with the largest internal diameter available for this application at 11/16". The benefit of this larger ID is a greater fuel reserve at the injectors, which provides greater fuel pressure stability and reduces the possibility of a momentary lean condition when throttle position changes abruptly.

The rails are clear-anodized inside and out for long lasting surface protection and multi-fuel compatibility. A black-anodized option is also available, with limited availability. CNC-bent stainless steel mounting brackets with stainless fasteners are included to attach the rails to the OEM fuel rail mounting points. A 1/8" NPT port is located at the front top side of each rail to serve as either an attachment point for a fuel pressure gauge or a fuel source for a nitrous system. Two stainless steel plugs (not shown) are included to seal any unused port. The METCO logo is precision-machined into the top of each fuel rail, as shown in the more recently-added installed pics.

Notes:

• As shipped, the Metco Motorsports fuel rail kit requires the user to supply the necessary fittings and adapters to mate the rails with the vehicle's fuel system. Our fuel rails have 3/4-16 (also referred to as 8AN straight-thread) female threads in the ends, and use standard ORB-style fittings.
